Bill and I were married in 1993, we met at a truck stop of all places in Arizona.  Bill was definately from the other side of the tracks as he immigrated here from Romania with his family in 1981.  I was born and raised in Phoenix, Az.  1994 brought on the birth of our son Jacob, and in 1997 we had our little princess Jessi.  We have been very blessed with 2 healthy, happy and loving children.

Bill is one of the hardest working men I know.  He is the Vice Pres for Express Connections, a truck brokerage company in Ontario, Ca.  We also own 4 of our own tractor/trailers and he manages those as well.
I have been fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom, the kids and I manage a little business of our own.  We have Corgis as well, Daisy is always giving kisses!  You can usually see them on just about every horses page as I can't seem to get a picture without them in it.
My love for horses started many years ago, when mom married Steve, he was an Appaloosa breeder, he occasionally showed but mostly just loves horses.  I was immediately addicted.  The grey mare that my sister Stephanie and I are on was Angel, this was his favorite mare.  She produced many champion foals for Dad.  Angel was dads last horse.
When Bill and I got married I warned him of the addiction, but he thought he could control it:)  Little did he know horses are in my blood.  We started out with a few big horses, and then one day Jessica wanted a mini.  It was all down hill from there.  We then purchased a few ponies that were AMHR/ASPC registered, since they were over their R papers we went to Congress, and then we saw what PONIES were!!!  I was immediately hooked, I can still remember sitting along the wall at the table and when those moderns went down the rail, dirt actually flew into my hair!  I had to have one, ok maybe two or three.......should I say the rest is history??  We hope you have enjoyed your visit to Sweet Opal and that we have encouraged you to get a little addicted as well....Jennifer
